In Swisscom’s “problem-to-solution” agile release train, we have now completed the third program iteration (PI) planning. All participants agreed that there has been a marked increase in the planning efficiency and focus on business value. This is a testament that the learning curve works not only for single individuals but also for large groups and in the context of agile transformation. I strongly recommend the SAFe methodology to all enterprises that want to “go agile” at scale.
